Shire Surveyors has opened for business. Two well known local Chartered Surveyors, Chris Battye FRICS and James Sellicks MRICS, have established the company which is based at James’ office in Church Street Market Harborough. The firm specialises in home surveys and valuations, and other services detailed on this website, throughout Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire.
James Sellicks is a Chartered Surveyor who is well known for his respected estate agency business. James says: “when Chris suggested the idea of a surveying company to me I realised immediately that with our combined wealth of experience there is an exciting opportunity to provide a personalised service to existing and new clients.”
Chris Battye heads the new business. With 30 years industry experience he says: “running my own surveying business has been an ambition for some time. I am delighted James is so keen on this joint venture. We provide clients with clear and accurate advice in a professional manner. This enables them to make the right decisions about what is probably their biggest ever purchase.”
James and Chris are ably supported by Survey Administration manager, Charlotte Bates, who is experienced in guiding clients through their survey options.
