A team with years of experience

Tom Lister BSc (Hons) MRICS

Director

Tom Lister joined Shire Surveyors in 2015 having previously ran his own company, Orbital Surveyors. He is an experienced surveyor and valuer, and as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor produces Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

Sam McDonald BSc (Hons) MRICS

Director

Sam McDonald joined Shire Surveyors in 2018 having previously worked for a number of years in the Leicestershire residential property markets. Sam qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 and offers many years of experience as a surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.

Jonathan Headley BSc MRICS

Surveyor
Jonathan Headley BSc MRICS qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989. He has both commercial and residential experience having joined Shire Surveyors from a national surveying company where he worked for over twenty years undertaking surveys and valuations in Leicestershire and Rutland.

Charlotte Bates

Survey Administration Manager
Charlotte joined the company in 2013 and managers our office in Market Harborough. Charlotte is very experienced in the surveying world having over 25 years of experience.

Sam Parrish

Administration Assistant
Sam joined Shire Surveyors in 2021 and assists Charlotte in the smooth running of the office in Market Harborough.
